Surrey Board of Trade

The Surrey Food Bank recognized the Surrey Board of Trade with their 2009 Business Supporter of the Year Award, on Saturday, November 28th, at their annual donor recognition event.
 
Through their membership, the Surrey Board of Trade makes an annual commitment to solicit non-perishable food items and monetary donations for the Surrey Food Bank.  Some of the initiatives have included complimentary articles/flyer inserts in their monthly newspaper, Business in Surrey, a focus on donations at their end of the year event, called the Seasonal Sizzle Business Reception, and asking their volunteer teams to bring food items when they come to their office for meetings.
