Based on his 55-plus years in Entertainment and marketing, Red Robinson offered his plan, How To Grow An Entertainment Industry In Surrey at our 2010 AGM at Eaglequest Golf Course. He pointed out the economic benefits to the city and how to make Surrey and entertainment attraction for business to relocate here.

On May 26, 2010, Perrin Beatty, President and CEO of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce addressed SBoT at Eaglequest Golf Course. At the Surrey Board of Trade ‘Let’s Talk Exports’ event on May 19th, Export Development Canada's Chief Economist Peter Hall said that British Columbia’s exports will grow at a double-digit pace in both 2010 and 2011 as commodity prices rebound and demand from the U.S. recovers. Our Health Minister addressed the Surrey Board of Trade on December 9 2010 and outlined some of the issues our government is looking at regarding health care in our province. Minister Falcon addressed the spiraling budget and opened the discussion on what innovative solutions might help keep it under control.
