Oregon Speaker to talk on Oregon’s Road Usage Charge Program
The Surrey Board of Trade will host a Leadership Surrey Dialogue focusing on Mobility Pricing as a funding mechanism for transportation and transit infrastructure. Mobility pricing is the strategy that is currently in favour as a fair way of increasing revenue. Is it? What exactly would be included in a road tax and how would funds be distributed?
