Chief Superintendent Dwayne McDonald, New Officer in Charge of the Surrey RCMP to Speak at Surrey Board of Trade with Update on Crime and Safety

Surrey, B.C. – On Tuesday, November 22, the Surrey Board of Trade will host Chief Superintendent Dwayne McDonald, newly appointed Officer in Charge of the Surrey RCMP, in his first keynote address to Surrey’s business community.  Chief Superintendent McDonald will provide insight into his experience, as well as his plans and goals for Surrey under his leadership of Canada’s largest RCMP detachment. He will also provide an update on crime and safety in Surrey. In addition, the event will feature a special guest presentation by Dr. Terry Waterhouse, City of Surrey, who will provide details about the City’s new Public Safety Strategy.
