Refund Policy


If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, consider offering your spot to a colleague, staff member or customer as a gift. There is no additional charge to transfer your registration to someone else. Simply notify the SBOT by calling 604.581.7130 or emailing

Cancellations (for event attendance, sponsorship and exhibitor space) will not be refunded.

Credits will be given for event attendance if cancellation is received within 3 full business days of the event. Credits will expire one year after the date of the event that was originally booked.  If you would like to use a credit that you have on file, please notify us at the time of booking.


Membership dues are non-refundable.


Full payment for advertising is due in advance of the service. There are no refunds for advertising services.
