The Surrey Board of Trade is now accepting nominations for the 6th Annual Surrey’s Top 25 Under 25 Awards. Potential recipients are business and community minded people under the age of 25, either working in Surrey or working on a business or community related project in/for Surrey.
Nomination Deadline: Wednesday, May 4, 2016
Award Criteria:
- Must be working on/worked on a business or community project in Surrey (including students) and/or;
- Must be working in the Surrey business community and/or;
- Must be contributing/have recently contributed to a business or community related project in Surrey and;
- Must be 25 years of age or younger prior to May 26, 2016.

At today’s Surrey Board of Trade 2016 Economic Forecast Lunch, the Surrey Board of Trade (SBOT) launched their Youth Entrepreneurship and Advocacy Action Plan (YEAAP).
“One-third of Surrey’s population is under the age of 19. As a business organization we have a responsibility to support our youth in entrepreneurship activity. They are our future workers and entrepreneurs,” said Anita Huberman, CEO, Surrey Board of Trade.
