The Surrey International Trade Centre announces a new, comprehensive, instructor-led Incoterms® course, delivered virtually by Exportspark, a Surrey Board of Trade partner, and by FITT and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in partnership with EDC and the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service.
WHAT ARE INCOTERMS®?
The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Incoterms® rules are used in contracts to clearly communicate the obligations, costs, and risks associated with the transportation and delivery of goods, providing clarity for sellers & buyers and helping facilitate trade.
The course is delivered virtually in 3 two-hour sessions. Courses are planned for the following dates this Summer (all take place from 8:30am – 10:30am PST):
Courses will also be scheduled for September to November 2021
All participants receive the official ICC eBook for use before and during the course and are subsequently provided with a link to an online exam that, once passed will provide a Certificate of Completion.
The course fee is $475 CDN for SBOT members ($495 CDN for non-members).
