The Surrey International Trade Centre announces a new, comprehensive, instructor-led Incoterms® course, delivered virtually by Exportspark, a Surrey Board of Trade partner, and by FITT and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in partnership with EDC and the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service.
WHAT ARE INCOTERMS®?
The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Incoterms® rules are used in contracts to clearly communicate the obligations, costs, and risks associated with the transportation and delivery of goods, providing clarity for sellers & buyers and helping facilitate trade.
The course is delivered virtually in 3 two-hour sessions. Courses are planned for the following dates this Summer (all take place from 8:30am – 10:30am PST):

Friday, June 25th, 2021
Monday, July 19th, 2021
Wednesday, July 21st, 2021
Friday, July 23rd, 2021
Monday, August 16th, 2021

Courses will also be scheduled for September to November 2021
All participants receive the official ICC eBook for use before and during the course and are subsequently provided with a link to an online exam that, once passed will provide a Certificate of Completion.
The course fee is $475 CDN for SBOT members ($495 CDN for non-members).
