2024 FRASER VALLEY HERITAGE RAILWAY MUSIC FESTIVAL
Music festival coming to Fraser Valley Heritage Railway Society this Summer
The Cloverdale Station Summer Music Festival is set to hit the platform at the Heritage Rail train station from the end of June to the beginning of September.
“We are very excited to be able to include this for our visitors as an additional heritage experience at the Cloverdale railway,” said Allen Aubert, Fraser Valley Heritage Railway Society (FVHRS) secretary.
Twenty performances will be spread out over 10 weeks. Each band/artist will play two sets, one at 11 a.m. and one at 1 p.m., on each Saturday and Sunday.

Welcome to the Music City Surrey Showcase, where we continue to highlight the incredible musical talent that lives, works, and plays in the City of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada! For three years now, the Music City Surrey Showcase has been a tremendous success, showcasing 30 amazing artists, educators and music professionals in Surrey. Each artist was featured in one of 30 episodes that included interviews and performances 🎶
We’re so excited and delighted to be funded again for this excellent initiative for the Music City Surrey Showcase Part 4, so please stay tuned for the great Surrey music artistry that we will be showcasing over the following months.
And once again this year, on February 10, we put on an in-person showcase at the Surrey Arts Centre that showcased 12 of the great local Surrey artists that we featured through the 3 years of the Music City Surrey Showcase! A Surrey Music Strategy is being created to provide recommendations on how best to further develop a thriving music economy within all Surrey town centres.
It will serve Surrey’s growing population through consultation, research, discovery, and community engagement. This will ensure the plan provides relevant and actionable recommendations to create a sustainable and resilient local music economy for generations to come.
