Surrey Board of Trade and ELAAR Immigration Focus on Workforce Solutions for Businesses

The Surrey Board of Trade, as part of its service to its members, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with ELAAR Immigration Consulting Inc. to provide members with reputable immigration expertise and recruitment services. The MOU will bridge the connection between employers and immigrant talent, to reduce the skills gap and labour shortages affecting employers.

The objectives of the partnership between the Surrey Board of Trade and ELAAR Immigration Consulting Inc. is to:

1.     Provide businesses with reputable immigration expertise and recruitment services;

2.     Work together to reduce the skills gap and labour shortages affecting employers across BC; and,

3.     Promote Surrey as an attractive destination for immigration and foreign direct investment.
